Everything BUT the mounting bolts (which you should be able to reuse yours) to bolt it to the deck are included. Please list your physical address AND you Post Office box address if you have both.  The blades will be shipped UPS or USPS! If you receive mail at a po box and only list the physical address and we ship usps to that address it will NOT be our responsibility to locate your package. PLEASE just list both!Returns are accepted within 14 business days but the shipping cost to and from me will be at the buyers expense. We can't lose money because you ordered the wrong part. A 15% restocking fee also will apply to all returns.
